When you order one of our website packages, we also collect information which helps to process your order including bank details.

Anyone working for AlphaCloud with access to your information is required to keep it confidential. If you purchase a service from us which requires a monthly lease, we will keep any information (name, contact details, payment information) on file for more than 60 days to allow us to process your monthly payments.
