When you contact us with an enquiry or place an order for one of our services, we may need to collect certain items of personal information from you in order to deliver our services.
The information we collect
When you contact AlphaCloud with your initial enquiry we collect your name and email address. We may also collect your contact telephone number and mailing address.
When you order one of our website packages, we also collect information which helps to process your order including bank details.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To process transactions:
Any information you provide to us will not be sold, exchanged, transferred. Your information will not be passed to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. Your information will only be used to process your order and deliver your AlphaCloud service.
- To communicate with you about your order:
The contact details you provide us with will only be used to contact you with information pertaining to your order.
How we protect your information
We use a number of security measures to protect your personal information when you place an order or otherwise contact us. We use a secure server. Any sensitive information you give us, such as bank details, are transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in a database which is accessible by those authorized with special access rights.
Anyone working for AlphaCloud with access to your information is required to keep it confidential. If you purchase a service from us which requires a monthly lease, we will keep any information (name, contact details, payment information) on file for more than 60 days to allow us to process your monthly payments.
Disclosing your information to outside parties
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
