AlphaCloud Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions on this page govern the Customer’s use of AlphaCloud’s website. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Agreement to the Terms and Conditions
By using this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in full. Do not use this website if you do not agree with any of our Terms and Conditions. Your agreement to these terms and conditions applies to all orders, transactions and contracts for website packages, eCommerce services or any other product or service transaction between you, the Customer, and AlphaCloud.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
AlphaCloud retains the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this website. Your use of this website will be taken as acceptance of these amendments. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions each time they order from us.
Services
All services will be delivered by AlphaCloud according to the timeframe and specifications as listed in the agreement contract between AlphaCloud and the Customer. The cost for these services will be specified in the contract agreement. AlphaCloud will provide one month’s notice should we need to implement any changes to the agreed costs of a service. Should we need to change any part of the agreed service, we will make every reasonable effort to discuss this with you.
Processing and payments
A setup fee is required for all services, payable on delivery of a signed contract agreement from the Customer. Beyond this, most AlphaCloud’s services and products are charged on a monthly ‘subscription’ basis. The fees for this will be paid via direct debit at the beginning of each month. If we are unable to debit your account for the agreed fee on the agreed date, we reserve the right to suspend your account until your payments are uptodate. You agree to pay a late fee of $7.50 if any fees due are not paid on time.
AlphaCloud may need to run credit or antifraud checks for some orders, and the Customer agrees to cooperate with any such checks as required. We will not supply any product or service until we have received a signed contract agreement and setup fee in full, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Delivery of goods or services
We will agree with you a timescale for the delivery of AlphaCloud products or services. This will be confirmed in writing. AlphaCloud will use all reasonable endeavors to deliver orders within the agreed time. If we do not agree a time with you, we will deliver orders within a reasonable time.
Cancellations
Cancellations before the end of the agreed contract length will be subject to a cancellation fee worked out as follows:
The cost of the monthly fee ((multiplied by)) the number of months remaining on the contract.
You will not be charged a cancellation fee if you decide not to renew your service after the length of the contract.
